Same problem here too! Upload directly to the Picasa site then take one off there through that icon, it worked for me. Blogger has been really PISSn me off with how glitchy it is getting, I'd switch to Wordpress if I didnt think it would be a massive pain. I use Wordpress when I post for FGC and it is superior software. I also opened up a Photobucket account and have been using picture storage there too and it seems to be working. Thanks for letting me rant and I hoped I helped !
You guys need to download Google Chrome- Internet Explorer is old news. Additionally, if you need to see current issues with the Blogger interface, check the Known Issues blog: http://knownissues.blogspot.com/
