New Toy Tuesday- X broads...

Yeah....So I picked up these three in Mexico!  It REALLY helps my Xmen team.  Jubilee, Psylocke, and Storm.  I think all I need is Gambit to complete the team.  ToyFair comes this Febuary!  I am just hoping that the Marvel Universe line continues!

And more importantly I hope Mexico continues to get them.  I love the Marvel universe line and wish it had come out when I was in the throws of GI Joe and Star Wars.  I am definitely playing catchup!

Marvel comics sign....NOW WHAT?

I have it on bleedingcool authority that Star Wars comics are coming back to Marvel.  Whoa!  That is huge as well.  With them being at Marvel and Disney owning both...They will never leave.  They TRULY are coming home.  But with that said that possibly screws up my Marvel sign...I asked for and got tremendous feedback last time I asked this....I had picked all 12 heads.  It was going to be Ghost Rider, Thing, Hulk, Spiderman, Captain America, Thor, IronMan, Wolverine, Ms. Marvel, ROM, Hellcat, and Daredevil....Work is supposed to start on it on January 15th...

Now I am getting the inkling to put Darth Vadar in there and eliminating one character....But the Darth Vadar from the seventies!  I know this is breaking my own rule of only having heroes on the sign but man....The below pic is so cool!

Like this!  With the blue highlights!  Ugghhhh.....I hate deciding between 12.  The DC sign was SO much easier!

I am really wanting a seventies feel here.  Also this character keeps popping into my mind...

So was ShangChi!  

But really Conan and Chi are kinda boring headsculpts.  I learned that doing the DC sign with Aquaman and Superman...

What should I do?  Forget Darth or what?  Who should I bump?

I was in Laredo last month....Found these at Big lots!  The more 3.75 figures the better!

Maybe I will make them fight Batman or something...

Also had this car from the WCW line.  It is a Goldberg truck.  Been sitting in my cafe NOT selling...So I repainted it to look a little mad maxish.  Put the Ironman movie Whiplash figure as part of the pirates because let's face it...This guy is NOT my Whiplash.  My whiplash has a costume etc.  

The pirates are pretty cool figures.  They glow in the dark or something like that.

Score Saturday- Thor's cousin!

Thanks to the ideas of Super Duper Toybox I am BACK in business.  This google chrome thing works like a charm.  So I got Beta Ray Bill.  He is great.  Now I just need a THOR figure!  And not that chainmail new fangled crap out there.  I am talking the one from the Avengers boxed set.  The classic version of him.

I never read a Beta Bill story.  I was reading comics at the time Marvel introduced him but I never read Thor.  I don't like Thor.  I like him in the Avengers etc.  But when he is in his own title, I never felt compelled to buy it.  Gods, and Asgard etc.  It seemed like Sunday school but with superheroes.  I had no inkling to check it out.  I did buy one Thor issue in my life.  When he crossed over with the Xmen during the Mutant Massacre.  He kills Blockbuster...Eh....I do plan to buy the Thor Essentials whenever I find them in the future though.

Wishlist Wednesday- DVDS starting with B I wish I had.

Oh yeah...It is Wishlist Wednesday time for the DVD section of my life.  I already did A....This week it is B....So here goes.  I have none of these on DVD and would like them one day.

1. Band of the Hand- This is probably the coolest movie ever made.

2. Beastmaster- Yeah I know nerds the world over have this but I have not found it yet.

3. Beyond the Mat- one of the first wrestling documentaries behind the scenes of wrestling.  Simply awesome.

4. Better off Dead-  Simply great.  Great dialog and memorable quotes.  This mountain is made of pure snow!  It's everywhere!

5. Blood Beach- Sadly this has never been released.  It was a staple on HBO when I was a kid.  It kind of sucks but it terrified me back then.

6. Bill- This heartwarming tale just touches me cold steel heart.

7. Biloxi Blues-I was IN this play in college.  I love it to this day.

8. Bundy- I have seen most movies based on Bundy.  This one is the most accurate and faithful IMO.

9. Blue city- Right after Breakfast Club and St. Elmo's Fire this dud came out.  I still like it though.

10. Bill Cosby Himself-  This was the first comedy standup I ever saw.

New toy Tuesday- the Chitauri...suck....

So that same Christmas day as I got the Avengers I picked up the last two Chitauri.. And that was BEFORE I had seen the Avengers movie....

I have already featured the amazing Skrull soldiers before so I was hoping these would be the same.  They weren't.  They suck.  No elbow nor knee articulation.  They are as bad as the Mattel 3 inch Batman figures which I will not buy.  Oh well....for 99 pesos though I guess it is alright...I will make them Thanos army....IF I ever of course GET a Thanos...
